Services are available for a number of problems, but waiting lists may be long. Services do exist, however, and there are a number of optional available to addicts in the state. Methadone maintenance and/or detoxification, and treatment using buprenorphine is available in Nevada, as are detoxification programs.

There is an extremely small concentration of hospital inpatient or day patient treatment availability in Nevada; residential long-term care is more prevalent.
