I'm a caseworker in Baltimore City and I've learned that this clinic and others in the KC are CHARGING PATIENTS to get their dose everyday??!! This is absolutely ABSURD.not to mention UNETHICAL and a HUGE barrier to someone trying to build they're lives back up.how can anyone claim to be there to help when your charging people money.i guarantee that here in Baltimore our relapse rate is lower than half of yours even though we have a hundred times the clients.i cannot refer my clients anywhere ne
