I have nothing positive to say about my family members stay at this hospital. The caseworker Buella never returned any of our calls. On the 3rd day of not hearing from a caseworker I drove to the hospital to talk to a supervisor and get an update on my loved one. I spoke to the supervisor Moses. He gave a million and 1 excuses on why the caseworker had not returned my call and he promised the caseworker would call me the next day. His word means nothing since the caseworker never called.
