I've been w/ CHA in Bisbee, AZ since February, and was told I would have 2 case workers. 1 I would meet with once per month, the other every other month. It's not happening, I've only met w/ a case manager (Regina Sherman) once, in that time, it's now June. I brought my concerns to Dr. Rahman, and the Director. Walter, and requested a new case management team, Walter refused. CHA of Bisbee, AZ is terrible and does not care about their clients and patients, we would be better off dead as far as
