I am not a patient of Health Connect but my son was required to attend their classes in Russellville during his probation. There were some problems and he was revoked and sent for a 30 day 'dunk' in prison. Upon his completion of this he returned to probation and to Health Connect. He attended 1 class where he had a broken tooth and was unable to speak. At the next class beginning he was told he was excused and could leave. He did so. On his third class he was told he was discharged. He h
